Are There Any Charges for Returns?

• No restocking fees apply for returns.
• Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

How Long Do You Have to Return Items?

• Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your shipment.
• To be eligible for a refund, the items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
• This return policy applies only to regular-priced products.

Items That Are Not Returnable:

• Returns without an approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will not be accepted.
• Items missing tags are not eligible for a refund.
• Promotional items are non-returnable.
• Worn, washed, or used items (with marks or scents) are not eligible for a refund.
• All final sale and discounted items are not eligible for refunds or returns.
• All panties are final sale. For health and safety reasons, intimate garments with a crotch or gusset cannot be returned or exchanged.
