How to Process a Return:

- Follow the prompts to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed shipping instructions.
- Items must be packaged to protect their shape, and we suggest insured mail, so that you have a tracking number. We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange if the product is damaged due to improper packaging.
Are There Any Charges for Returns?
- No restocking fees apply for returns.
- Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
How Long Do You Have to Return Items?
- Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your shipment.- To be eligible for a refund, the items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
- This return policy applies only to regular-priced products.
Items That Are Not Returnable:
- Returns without an approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will not be accepted.- Items missing tags are not eligible for a refund.
- Promotional items are non-returnable.
- Worn, washed, or used items (with marks or scents) are not eligible for a refund.
- All final sale and discounted items are not eligible for refunds or returns.
- All panties are final sale. For health and safety reasons, intimate garments with a crotch or gusset cannot be returned or exchanged.
